Shipping
cabBOOM offers UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. To guarantee same day shipping, UPS Next Day orders must be received before noon Monday through Friday. UPS orders are delivered on normal business days. UPS Next Day placed before noon will be received the next business day. Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available with UPS.

• Shipping charges may include handling fees and may be weight-based or flat-rate. They may include other service and delivery charges, depending on the shipping method and option selected.
• Shipping charges are calculated at the time your order is placed.
• The possible shipping options are UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Ground. Shipping options available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.
• Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless another option is selected.
• For military addresses you will need to enter APO or FPO in the City field and select the appropriate state code of "AE", "AA", or "AP". The country will still be United States. Only US Domestic Mail is available to Military addresses.
• Delivery Confirmation service is not available for APO/FPO destinations and US territories and possessions (except Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands where service is available).
• Shipping charges may include handling fees and may be weight-based or flat-rate, and may include other service and delivery charges, depending on the shipping method and option selected by customer.

International Orders
cabBOOM does not ship International orders at this time.

Guaranteed Satisfaction Return Policy
• If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 30 days and follow the instructions below.
• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened we will be happy to return it for you. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.
• A return must be approved by Customer Service. Once validated, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is issued. At that time, simply return the item for credit. All returns must display the Return Authorization number on the outside of each box, along with the customer's return address. Returns received at our facility without an authorization will be refused on delivery.
Important Information
• Prior to returning product, contents must be well packaged to assure safe arrival. Product must be unopened, and in re-salable condition. We recommend using the original packaging for shipment.
• Shipments must be received pre-paid at our returns facility. Any COD shipments will not be accepted.

• Please follow these simple steps to ensure your fast returns and appropriate new shipment or credit.

Contact Customer Service
• You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns cannot be accepted without this number.

Required Return Information
• Please include the following information in your e-mail.
• Order confirmation number
• Your name
• Your e-mail address
• Your phone number
• Product #
• Product Name
• Reason for return

Pack and Send
• Fill out the return label, including your RA#. Returns cannot be accepted without an RA#.
• Enclose merchandise and this completed form in a sturdy package (the original package is preferred).
• Enclose the original packing slip / invoice in the package. Affix the return label to the outside of the package and send to the following address:

Payment Method
• We accept Visa and MasterCard.
• Checks and money orders are not accepted.
• All prices are in US dollars.

Product Availability
Backorders - These are items that we normally carry, but are currently out-of-stock. We try and fill backorders as quickly as possible. They could be filled within a day or two, or it may take longer. It depends on the vendor and the availability of the products. We'll keep backorders open up to one month.

Out in Stock - These are items in our database that are currently unavailable. Although we are not able to fill orders for unavailable product, displaying these titles provides information. Sometimes items may become available, check back later to see if the item has become available.
